The police have arrested five people in connection with the explosion of a cylinder in a car in Coimbatore.

Jamesha Mubeen died last Sunday after a cylinder exploded in front of the Ukkadam Fort Iswaran Temple in Coimbatore. As the cylinder exploded in the car, a large number of nails and bullets were scattered, so the police investigated whether it was a conspiracy.

Subsequently, raw materials for making country-made explosives were seized from the house of deceased Jamesha Mubeen. During the investigation, CCTV footage revealed that 4 people were with Jamesha Mubeen on Saturday night. Also investigation was conducted as to whose car used by Jamesha Mubeen.

In this regard, the police department called 7 suspected persons and kept them in the police training school premises for investigation. Following this, 5 persons namely Mohammad Talha (25), Mohammad Azharuddin (23), Mohammad Riaz (27), Firoz Ismail (27) and Mohammad Nawaz Ismail (26) from Ukkadam Fort Medu GM Nagar areas are being arrested and investigated. . Among them was Mohammad Talqa, the son of Nawab Khan, the younger brother of Badshah, the leader of the banned Al Umma Movement.

The initial investigation has revealed that the car, which changed hands with around 9 people, finally went to Jamesha through Mohammed Talka. Mohammad Talka has been arrested in the case of giving away the car while the other 4 have been arrested in the case of storing explosives. The police are still investigating these 5 people. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu DGP Sailendrababu, who was camping in Coimbatore, returned to Chennai by plane.
