Coimbatore: The police are looking for four employees who cheated a jeweler of Rs 1.50 crore gold.

Arjun Katham, 36, of Muthu Vinayagar Temple Road, Coimbatore; Wholesaler of Gold Jewelery and Gold Bars.

Ankit Suriya Vansi joined his company in the Accounts Department in December. In this situation, last month, Ankit Suriya Vansi, 35, and Tushar Pawar, 30, Sangeet Bansal, 38, Pandurangan, 40, who were working in the office, suddenly disappeared without coming to work.

When he tried to contact them on his mobile phone, the mobile phone was ‘switched off’. Suspicious, Arjun Katham rectified the company’s accounts.

At that time, it was found that the four persons were involved in fraud by selling 3 kg of gold jewelery worth Rs 1.50 crore and not crediting the money.

Arjun Katham lodged a complaint with the police. Police are looking for all four.
