The US Congress passes a “Bill to Counter Malicious Russian Activities in Africa” ​​while the Global Engagement Center, the US headquarters for countering disinformation campaigns, is in full swing. In a vote at the UN General Assembly in early March, almost half of the African delegates did not vote in favor of condemning Russia for the attack on Ukraine.
