An office dedicated to investigating the crime of aggression committed by Russia against Ukraine was inaugurated in The Hague: the ‘International Center for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression’ (CIPA) whose mission is to collect evidence with a view to future judicial processes of Russian leaders. RFI interviewed international relations professors Luis Rodrigo de Castro and Frédéric Mertens about the relevance of this body that has been installed in Eurojust, the legal office of the EU.
