There is a private arts and science college at Enathur next to Kanchipuram. More than a thousand students from different parts of the country are studying in this college.
At this point, more than 10 first-year students at the college are sitting at a desk in the classroom, sipping outdoor pocket liquor. The students also took video of this on their mobiles. Currently this video is spreading fast on social websites.
The video, which has been circulating rapidly on social media over the past week, has come to the attention of the concerned college principal. Following this, in an investigation with college students, the students admitted that a student who studied with students in the same classroom had bought alcohol and drank knowingly that it was alcohol.
Following this, the college principal has taken action by suspending more than 10 students. The parents of the students involved have been summoned and the college principal has warned that stern action will be taken if anything like this happens again.
