Delhi: A 38-year-old woman has been arrested for beating up a security guard in a flat for delay in opening the gate in Noida. College teacher Sutapa Das was arrested. The incident took place in Clio County, a luxury complex in Noida Sector-121. When Sutapa Das, a college teacher, arrived with her car, the security was allegedly beaten up for delay in opening the gate. After parking the car, it is clear in the CCTV footage that they came out again and hit the security.
The CCTV footage of the incident which took place on Tuesday went viral on social media. Phase-3 Police registered a case on the complaint filed by Sachin Kumar who was beaten up. A case was registered under section 151 CrPC. Delhi-based lawyer Bhavya Roy was also arrested for misbehaving with security personnel at Jaypee Wishtown Society in Noida Sector-128 a few days ago.
