In an emotional match, Colombia emerged as leader of Group D and advanced to the Quarterfinals after drawing 1-1 with Brazil.

From the opening whistle, Brazil sought to impose its dominance to secure first place, but Colombia, with patience and strategy, demonstrated its strength and quality.

The first half was a high-paced duel, with both teams showing their intensity. In the 12th minute, Rafinha opened the scoring for Brazil, testing the resilience of the Colombian team.However, the national team was not discouraged and remained faithful to its style of play. Throughout the first half, Colombia managed to neutralize Brazil, both with high pressure and by blocking their attempts at long plays.
