The Colombian Futsal Team began its participation in the Copa América Futsal with an outstanding victory against its counterpart from Ecuador. The team led by Roberto Bruno won 5-1 at the Cop Arena – Óscar Harrison in Luque, Paraguay.
The winning goals were the work of Felipe Echavarría, who scored three times, Eduardo Riaño and Luis Posada, who each contributed a goal to the scoreboard.
