STATEMENT-On November 8, 2023, Colonel Pépé Célestin BILIVOGUI was abducted from his Military Pension Services Office located in Kaloum by a group of Gendarmes for a destination, hitherto unknown;

Since then, all the steps taken by his family, his relatives and his advisors to find him have remained, to this day, without effect;
Furthermore, since his abduction, he has not been presented to any competent investigation service or authority.
