Archie Goodwin (Reuters)
Maccabi Rishon Lezion is not giving up on the season and is making efforts to get out of last place and survive in the Winner Basket League. ONE has learned that the one joining the Oranges is guard Archie Goodwin, who comes from the league in Ukraine, following the escalation and the possibility of leaving the country that is on the verge of fighting with Russia.
Goodwin (27, 1.96) was selected by Oklahoma in the 2013 draft and later played in the NBA also in Phoenix, New Orleans and Brooklyn. Since 2017 the player has traveled quite a few teams, until he came to the Ukrainian Bodivelnik which plays in Kiev in 2022.
