On September 11, 2024, 23 years since the terrorist attack on the Twin Towers in New York are commemorated. Tributes are paid to 2,977 deceased individuals.

This Wednesday, September 11, 2024, marks 23 years since the terrorist attack on the Twin Towers (World Trade Center) in New York, United States, by Al-Qaeda under Osama Bin Laden.

This attack, captured by international television cameras, resulted in the deaths of 2,977 people, including civilians, firefighters, airplane passengers, and police officers.

This, the largest terrorist attack experienced by New York, left a wound in the families that cried out for justice and that still remember with respect in every tribute action.

At the commemorative event were Joe Biden and Kamala Harris from the current government; as well as Donald Trump and his vice-presidential candidate, in support of the families of the victims of this attack which also took place at the Pentagon.
