PDIP⁢ Commemorates National Nature Conservation Day

The event, held ‌at the⁢ PDIP Party School, was attended by the party’s ‌Central Executive Board, including⁤ Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto, Deputy Treasurer Yuke Yurike, and other high-ranking officials. The gathering also​ included students, young ‍people, and PDIP cadres both online and offline.

PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri joined the event online. In her remarks, she emphasized ⁤the‌ importance of caring ⁤for the ‌environment, stating ⁢that it is central to her political ideology.

“Politics is about caring for life,” Hasto Kristiyanto said in his speech. “Megawati has always been a figure who⁢ pays‍ great attention to the environment.”

He ⁣recounted a personal⁣ story ‌where Megawati reprimanded him ​for discarding salak seeds,‌ reminding him that all parts of⁢ life are valuable and can​ be ⁢reused. He also mentioned Megawati’s innovative practices,⁣ such as using⁤ bottled water for infusions and recycling tea and coffee grounds.

PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto admitted that Megawati Soekarnoputri ⁢had once reprimanded him for discarding snake fruit ​seeds.
