An Instagram account that was associated with Meghan also sparked speculation in the British media on Thursday evening: Blurry video footage was published on the channel called American Riviera Orchard, showing a woman in a dress and baking. According to reports from the BBC, “Mirror” and “Daily Mail”, Meghan could use this to promote a new brand.
The website initially only consisted of a noble-looking, gold-colored logo, the name American Riviera Orchard, the addition Montecito and the option to join a waiting list. Meghan and her husband have been living in the small town of Montecito on California’s Pacific coast, which is inhabited by numerous celebrities, since 2020. Montecito is located in Santa Barbara County, also known as the American Riviera.
And there was actually certainty on Friday morning: A representative for Meghan confirmed to the AFP news agency that the 42-year-old was involved in the project, but did not provide any further information. So what this is all about remains a mystery for now.
