Committee structure to inspect government school

Chennai: A 12-member committee has been set up to monitor government school activities in the new academic year.
In the school curriculum in Tamil Nadu, all types of examinations have been completed and the results have been announced. Student enrollment and classes for the new academic year have begun. In this situation, the Tamil Nadu government has ordered the school education authorities to monitor the activities of the schools at the zonal level.
Accordingly, a study on school activities is to be conducted in Thanjavur zone comprising of four districts. A committee comprising Sridevi and Jayakumar has been constituted.
