jpnn.comJAKARTA – Member of the PKB faction in the DPR RI, Luluk Nur Hamidah, said that his party is still pursuing the right to inquiry to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 election.

Luluk said that PKB continues to carry out cross-party communication with political parties such as PKS and NasDem so that the right to inquiry is realized.

He said this when responding to the statement by the Gerindra faction legislator in the DPR RI, Habiburokhman, who said that the right to inquiry would not work.

“Communication is still going well. With PKS and NasDem it is also still good,” said the former Chairman of PB KOPRI PMII when contacted, Friday (5/4).

Luluk even said that the discourse on realizing the right to inquiry was being pursued without waiting for the participation of the PDI Perjuangan.

It is known that PDI Perjuangan was one of the parties that pushed for the use of the right to inquiry to investigate allegations of election fraud.

“There is a proposal to submit it without having to wait for the PDI Perjuangan. However, there are also those who suggest that it would be better to wait for the Constitutional Court to focus,” he said.

Previously, member of the Gerindra Party faction in the DPR RI, Habiburokhman, said that the discourse on the right to inquiry, which had been launched by several politicians to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 election, would not work.

Member of the PKB faction in the DPR RI, Luluk Nur Hamidah, said that the right to inquiry would take place without waiting for the participation of the PDI-P.
