The Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Narva City Government publishes draft conditions for the design of “construction of an access road to the sewerage pumping station at ul. Heina and Äkkeküla tee 12″.
Valid in this territory on 09/08/2011. year decision no. 113 of the Narva City Council approved the detailed layout of the Suur-Äkke and Väike-Äkke sites and their surrounding area. Based on the application for design conditions, new provisions have appeared, due to which it is necessary to clarify the detailed planning solution in terms of landscaping, landscaping or traffic management. In accordance with the information provided in the application, on the site Äkkeküla tee 12 it is desired to build an access road necessary for servicing the sewerage pumping station. For this purpose, Heina Street is also being partially reconstructed by organizing a ramp.
You can submit your opinion and objections regarding the draft design conditions to the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Narva City Government within 14 days from the date of publication of the announcement at Peetri plats 5, 20308 Narva linn or to the email address [email protected]. Open production runs until November 17, 2023.
Based on part 2 of paragraph 50 of the law on the conduct of proceedings, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning makes a proposal not to hold a public meeting to discuss the issue. A legal act can be issued without discussion at a public meeting if no proposals or objections were received by the appointed time, and the participants in the proceedings refused to discuss the issue at a public meeting. A participant in the process is considered to have refused to consider the case in open session if the participant in the process has not submitted any objections to this issue by November 17, 2023.
