Riyadh | The Ministry of Manpower and Social Development said that private sector companies that fully comply with labor laws in Saudi Arabia will be granted fast visas through the Qiva platform without the need to appear in person at the ministry.
The ministry will also grant temporary work visas that allow you to stay and work in Saudi Arabia for three months. According to the ministry, those entering the country on temporary work visas do not need an existing iqama and work permit and those entering the country through such visas can extend their visa period by three months.
As a part of the plan to strengthen the digital transformation of the country, the ‘Khiva Platform’ was launched in April 2022 as a full service provider implemented by the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development. The ministry also clarified that the Khiva platform can be contacted through the toll-free number 920000105.
