Company incorporations grow by 12.9% in May

Globally, they have increased more in Cantabria, Castilla la Mancha and the Balearic Islands. Instead, they fell more in Aragon and La Rioja.

Bankruptcy proceedings experienced a drop of 22.5% in May over the same month of the previous year, with a strong influence from Madrid, Catalonia and the Valencian Community, which jointly accounted for six out of ten bankruptcies filed.
