Complaint against Bastien Vivès: can he be condemned for his drawings?

The controversy was already upsetting the world of comics. Justice will now have to get involved. The association Innocence in danger, which campaigns for the protection of children, filed a complaint on Monday against the author of comic strips Bastien Vivès and two of his publishers, denouncing three works representing, according to it, minors in pornographic situations. The designer is already embroiled in a lively controversy after the announcement – and cancellation – of an exhibition in his honor at the next edition of the Angoulême comic book festival.
