Santo Domingo.- This Wednesday a trial for reckless litigation will be known to the lawyer who called “puppet” a Wilson Camacho y “ridiculous” a New Berenice last Friday during the Medusa case.
The lawyer who used these epithets against the representatives of the Public Ministry is Emmanuel Vallejo Garibwho represents one of the defendants in the Medusa file, headed by the former prosecutor jean alain rodriguez.
The request for the sanction for reckless litigation was made by Reynoso, based on article 134 of Law 10-15 that reforms 76-02 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The lawyer will not be able to apply in court until the amount of the fine is paid. Enmanuel Vallejo Garib represents the defendant Jonathan Loaders Medina Reyes.
