Taking place from September 13 – 21 at National Military Training Center 4, CEPPP 2023 is the final activity of the Peacekeeping Expert Group Cycle 4 (2021-2023) within the framework of ADMM+.

Colonel Pham Manh Thang, Director of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Department (Ministry of National Defense) said this is a large-scale event with a total of 367 participants, including 175 experts, lecturers and students. , international observers, 34 Vietnamese experts, lecturers, and students… along with a large amount of equipment and vehicles such as patrol cars, engineering motorbikes, military medical equipment, and equipment for the armed forces. number of military observers…

Within the framework of the program, experts, students, military observers, engineering and military medical forces participated in activities in each phase including: general theoretical training for two days (from December 13 -September 14), specialized training for each subgroup of military observers, engineers, and military physicians for three days (from September 15-17) and general field practice for three days (from September 14). September 18-20).

The activities contribute to improving the capacity, efficiency, and coordination of the military observer force with the support of the engineering and military medical units at the tactical level at the Peacekeeping Mission. United Nations.

Colonel Pham Manh Thang assessed that overall, the program was implemented according to plan, highly effective and absolutely safe, in accordance with the set goals and requirements.

At the same time, the student force actively absorbed and learned valuable knowledge and experience about Peacekeeping activities, the tasks of United Nations military observers as well as engineering units and military units. military medicine, thereby improving the capacity and effectiveness of performing tasks at United Nations Peacekeeping Missions.

In addition, the organization-administration, reception, logistics-technical, and communication work are implemented synchronously, closely, and effectively in accordance with regulations. All activities within the program take place to ensure absolute safety of people and vehicles.
