After the big top game we had at noon between Manchester City and Chelsea, the 22nd round of the Premier League continued today (Saturday), with three more games, and very significant results in the underground struggles.
Newcastle – Watford 1: 1
Eddie Howe opened with acquisition players Kiran Trifaire and Chris Wood in the squad, but in the end it was of course San Maximan who scored the host’s all-important goal, with a simply brilliant performance in the 49th minute. The Magpies did not look good and retreated, but still came close to their first win in six games, but then Joao Pedro arrived in the 88th minute, scoring a goal that greatly complicates Newcastle. The Magpies are still below the red line with only 12 points, Watford on the other hand with 14 points, can of course not be calm either.

Norwich – Everton 1: 2
The Canaries stopped a streak of eight games without a win, including six straight losses, and celebrated against the unfortunate Everto who is getting tangled up at the bottom. Michael Keane scored an own goal in the 16th minute, and two minutes later, Adam Ida stunned the Topiz with the second goal. Richardson scored a huge goal in the 60th minute and gave Rafa Benitez’s team hope, but they could not do more than that.
