Conclusion of the courses on “Strengthening the Judicial Response” to Corruption Crimes

The Criminal Research and Training Center of the Attorney General’s Office concluded three training activities on basic banking operations as part of its ongoing programs to enhance the judicial response to corruption crimes.

The Attorney General’s Office explained that, “Within the first quarter of its training plan for the judicial year 2024-2025, the Criminal Research and Training Center, at its headquarters, completed three training activities on basic banking operations, for the benefit of fifty-seven members of the Public Prosecution Authority, working in the departments of the Courts of Appeal.” All of them: Sabha; tuber; Tobruk, Al-Bayda, Benghazi, Gharyan, Al-Zawiya, Misrata, Al-Khoms, South Tripoli, Tripoli.”

The office added: “Each training course was implemented over a period of five days. The course participants were distributed into three groups, and copies of it had previously been implemented within a specialized professional program package. The Public Prosecution Authority aims to develop the capacity and increase the rate of performance of the authority to investigate crimes of a technical nature, specifically incidents related to banking and financial work.
