Carabineros arrested the confessed author of the murder of the young Daniela Olate Venegas in the commune of Florida in the Biobío Region.
According to police officials, the capture of the man who allegedly ended the life of the 23-year-old girl was carried out thanks to the OS-9 staff.

Murder of Daniela Olate
The body of Daniela Olate was found on Wednesday, July 17 by a caretaker in a Trecacura estate ravine about 40 kilometers from Concepción.
According to the young woman’s family, Olate disappeared on Tuesday, July 16 when he was waiting for a bus in the El Álamo sector to go deliver medicine to his grandmother.
It was at that moment that Daniela wrote to her sister Constanza that a man in vehicle would take her home. However, he never answered the messages again.
“The forensic medical examination of the corpse showed that this presents injuries attributable to third parties”, the Investigative Police indicated this week.
According to preliminary information, the perpetrator of the crime would have confessed to the crime at the time of his arrest.
