Islamabad: In Pakistan, 12 people, including children, died in a stampede after a large number of people gathered to buy free ration items. Free ration items were distributed by a charitable organization in Sindh Industrial Estate area of ​​Karachi province while people are suffering from hunger and starvation in Pakistan, which is under severe crisis due to problems like inflation, poverty and floods. There was a rush as hundreds of people flocked to buy it.

12 people including women and children died due to suffocation in this jam. Blaming the Prime Minister for the incident, the women said that people were dying without access to cooking gas cylinders, drinking water, electricity, rice etc. The police arrested the administrators of the charity organization for distributing free ration items without proper security arrangements.
