jpnn.comSERANG – The Banten Provincial Government (Pemprov) has again received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) on the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) for Fiscal Year 2023.
This achievement made the Banten Provincial Government receive WTP opinions eight times in a row in the 2016 LKPD to the 2023 LKPD.
“Thank You. Banten Province, based on the results of the BPK audit of the 2023 LKPD, received an Unqualified Opinion. “We are grateful and accept the best opinion results,” said Acting Governor of Banten Al Muktabar.
He conveyed this when giving a speech at the Banten Province DPRD Plenary Session with the agenda of Submitting the BPK Audit Results Report on the 2023 Banten Province LKPD at the Banten Province DPRD Building, KP3B Curug, Serang City, Friday (5/4).
He expressed WTP’s opinion on the 2023 Fiscal Year LKPD audit for the eighth time in a row thanks to the synergy of all parties involved in financial management in the Banten Provincial Government.
According to Al Muktabar, achieving WTP is a material for self-introspection in the context of transparency and accountability in regional financial management to improve community welfare.
“Appreciation to BPK RI Representative of Banten Province for all corrections and recommendations in the presentation of the LKPD. We ask for guidance and direction in completing recommendations. “Especially improvements in financial management administration,” he said.
Al Muktabar emphasized that his party is committed to implementing corrections and recommendations from the BPK.
