jpnn.comJAKARTA – Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo inaugurated Ferry Yuniarto Kono as Director of the Sports Fund and Business Management Institute (LPDUK).
The Inauguration and Oath-taking Ceremony was held in the 10th Floor Meeting Room, Kemenpora Building, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday (16/8).
The appointment of Ferry as Director of LPDUK was carried out through the Decree of the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia Number 105 of 2024 concerning Appointment to the Position of Director of the Sports Fund and Business Management Institution.
Minister of Youth and Sports Dito said that the determination and appointment of the Director of LPDUK had gone through a process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
“This is an important moment in our efforts to advance Indonesian sports, especially under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports,” he said.
It is known that the athletes have brought honor to the nation at the Olympics by bringing home two gold medals and one bronze medal.
According to Minister of Youth and Sports Dito, this achievement is the result of their hard work, dedication, and never-give-up spirit.
“Likewise with the duties and responsibilities that will be carried out by those who are inaugurated today. This task is not an easy task, but I am sure that with the same spirit, you are able to face every challenge and bring positive changes for the progress of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, especially Indonesian sports,” he said.
