After being away from TV for a while, Karen Connolly returned in 2007 to be a judge on Crazy for Dancing and between 2008 and 2011 she was the president of the jury of Dance Fever and also coached the participants of Super stars.

For her part, in 1982 she founded Dancen Escuela Karen Connolly, a dance training institution that is now 42 years old, In addition to founding her own independent dance company in 1986, which bears her name, she has premiered more than fifty works of repertoire and has undertaken numerous national and international tours.
