New Delhi: After a long wait, at midnight, Congress announced its candidates for 40 seats in Haryana and 5 more seats today. While the picture of candidates for the remaining seats is yet to be clear. So far, the picture has become clear for 88 out of 90 seats. Among the important names that came out in this list, the name of Aditya Surjewala, the candidate from Kaithal, is important. Aditya is the son of Congress General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala. Randeep thought it better to choose his home seat Kaithal for the beginning of his son’s political innings. The party has once again given a chance to former Deputy CM Chandra Mohan from Khula. While Karan Dalal has been given ticket from Palwal seat. Karan Dalal is considered to be in close relations with former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda. The party has given ticket to Pooja Chaudhary from Mullana, who is the wife of Ambala MP Varun Chaudhary. It is worth mentioning that this seat has become vacant due to Varun Chaudhary contesting Lok Sabha. While from Ambala, the party has fielded its senior leader Chaudhary Nirmal Singh. However, Ambala Cantt could not be cleared again, according to sources, it is still pending. Nirmal Singh wants a ticket for his daughter on this seat.

The party has given ticket to Lakhan Kumar Singla from Faridabad, while Parag Sharma has been given a chance from Ballabhgarh. Parag Sharma is considered to be the confidant of organization general secretary KC Venugopal. Vikas Sahran, son of Hisar Lok Sabha MP Jaiprakash Sahran, has been given a chance from Kalayat seat. While Somveer Sheoran, son-in-law of former CM Chaudhary Bansi Lal, has been fielded from Badhra seat. In 2019, Bansi Lal’s son Ranbir Mahendra contested from here, who is currently in the fray from Tosham. The picture of candidature on Ambala Cantt, Panipat Rural, Rania, Uklana, Bhiwani, Tigaon and Narnaud remains to be clear.
The party has nominated Ramniwas Rara from Hisar, Pradeep Narwal from Bhawani Kheda, Bharat Singh Beniwal from Ellenabad and Chandraprakash from Adampur.
