Congress MPs, including Rahul Gandhi, who participated in a rally in the Parliament complex in Delhi, have been arrested by the Delhi Police.

Congress MPs, led by Rahul Gandhi, took part in a rally from the Gandhi statue in Delhi’s Parliament complex to Vijay Chowk to protest against the Enforcement Directorate inquiry against Sonia Gandhi.

It is said that he went to the President’s House in Vijay Chowk to present a petition to President Draupadi Murmu.

In this case, there was a scuffle between the police and the MPs after MPs including Rahul Gandhi took part in a dharna protest in the Vijay Chowk area.

Subsequently, the police arrested MPs including Rahul Gandhi and took them away. Reports suggest that up to 50 MPs have been arrested along with Rahul Gandhi.

Earlier, Congress President Sonia Gandhi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate for the second day today in the case related to illegal money exchange in the National Herald newspaper.

It is noteworthy that Congress executives and workers are protesting in various parts of the country against the investigation by the Enforcement Department.
