The opposition parties staged a protest in front of the Mahatma Gandhi statue in the Parliament complex demanding the formation of a joint parliamentary committee to probe the allegations against the Adani Group.
Many parliamentarians from various parties including the opposition Congress and Trinamool Congress participated in the demonstrations.

Meanwhile, the Congress party protested in front of the State Bank of India. Office in Mumbai regarding the Adani-Hindenburg issue. Carrying placards, placards and placards, the party held Adani Group, Government of India, LIC. and raised slogans against SBI. The party held similar protests in Jammu, Telangana, Karnataka and other parts of the country.
