The president of the Board of Directors of the Congress of Mexico City, Martha Ávila Venturaannounced and instructed the reading of the Solemn Side with which it will be formally presented Clara Brugada as the next capital leader.

During the celebration of the Ordinary Session, Ávila Ventura reported that he ordered the preparation of the Solemn Side corresponding to the validity of Clara Brugada as the next head of the Head of Government, for which he asked the people present to stand up and instructed the secretariat of the Board of Directors read the document.
