The president of the Board of Directors of the Congress of Mexico City, Martha Ávila Venturaannounced and instructed the reading of the Solemn Side with which it will be formally presented Clara Brugada as the next capital leader.
During the celebration of the Ordinary Session, Ávila Ventura reported that he ordered the preparation of the Solemn Side corresponding to the validity of Clara Brugada as the next head of the Head of Government, for which he asked the people present to stand up and instructed the secretariat of the Board of Directors read the document.
“He declares himself the owner of the Head of Government of Mexico City elected citizen Clara Marina Brugada Molina to hold the position for the period from October 5, 2024 to October 4, 2030,” read the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
After reading the document, Ávila Ventura He stated that the plenary session was duly informed and requested the Senior Officer’s Office the printing and distribution of the corresponding fact sheet and request the Coordination of Parliamentary Services to publish it in the Official Gazette locally and in Official Gazette of the Federation.
Clara Brugada will attend the Mexico City Congress on October 5 at exactly 9:00 a.m. to carry out his Taking of Protest as holder of the Head of Government of Mexico City.
The approved format for carrying out the event proposes the beginning of the Solemn Session with the roll call to corroborate that the legal quorum exists, after which the reading of the agenda and the appointment of the Courtesy Commission will take place. the reception of Brugada Molina, which will be headed by the outgoing capital president, Martí Batres, and the president of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, Rafael Guerra.
Subsequently, the special guests will be welcomed, among whom the attendance of the then President of the Republic, Claudia Sheinbaum; the honors to the flag and the reading of the Solemn Side, to give way to the positions of the parliamentary groups and associations for up to five minutes each.
