Bnei Sakhnin continues preparations for next season and today (Monday) marked V for another significant player who will continue in the current squad. Ibrahimah Conte, the Guinean midfielder, has signed for another season.

Conte, who arrived in Sakhnin before 2021/22, agreed to cut his salary after the option on him was not exercised. In Sakhnin, they wanted to cut 35% of his salary, but in the end a lower amount was agreed upon.

Now the club will accelerate talks with Croatian stopper Ante Polic. Like Conte, the option was not exercised and negotiations are underway for a pay cut. The 34-year-old, who recently underwent surgery on his knee, is expected to agree to the cut and continue for a second season at the club.

At the same time, Haim Sylves is looking for two foreigners for the front after the departure of Marshall Odeh (to Hapoel Umm al-Fahm) and Ari Moreh, with whom they have not reached an agreement regarding his acquisition.
