The weekend came and with it the local leagues, when in France the 10th round opened with a 1:1 between Lyon and Toulouse, and in Spain Valencia opened the eighth round with a 1:2 victory over Osasuna.

Peter Boss’s team did break a streak of four losses, but even this draw does not comfort the crowd at the Groupama Stadium too much, and may undermine the status of the Dutch coach. It seemed to start well when after two minutes Alexandre Lacazette made it 0:1 for Tete, but in the 67th minute Raphael Rateau equalized.
Osasuna – Valencia 2:1
The bats continue with the instability, but can be satisfied that they achieved a third win in the last five cycles, against the only team that has managed to stop Real Madrid so far this season. Justin Kleiberg scored first in the 28th minute from an assist by Edinson Cavani and Muktar Diakbi doubled at the beginning of the second half (54).
