Cool and Jolly; Vijay returns as singer; ‘Jolly O Gymkhana’ by Beast
The second song of Vijay movie Beast has been released. ‘Jolly O Gymkhana‘Has been released on Sun Music’s YouTube channel. The song is sung by Vijay and Pooja Hegde.
The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichandran with lyrics by Ku Karthik. The song is sung by Vijay himself.
The promo that preceded the song also garnered attention. The promo features director Nelson talking to dancers during filming.
Meanwhile, the first Arabic version of the film set a record for the number of South Indian film songs sung. Arabic Kutu holds the record for the fastest 100 million views in South Indian film songs. It took 15 days for the Arabic punch to achieve this feat.
The song ‘Rowdy Baby’ from the movie ‘Mari 2’ starring Dhanush has surpassed the Arabic record. Vijay’s master song ‘Vathi Kaming’ is in the third position.
Pooja Hegde is the heroine of Beast produced by Sun Pictures. Along with Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, John Vijay, Shaji Chen and VTV Ganesh, Shine from Malayalam stars Tom Chacko and Aparna Das in the lead roles.
