ROME. Tomorrow the 24th edition of the Italian Cup Series D. Between Saturday and Sunday 24 and 25 August, 80 teams will take to the field: the 35 newly promoted teams, the 8 relegated from Lega Pro, the 18 winners of the 2023/2024 Play Outs and safe with a gap of more than 8 points, the 9 clubs classified at the end of last season in 12th place in the 18-team groups and 14th in the 20-team groups, the 4 teams repechaged, 1 club included in the supernumerary group (Ancona) and the 5 clubs with the worst ranking in the 2023/2024 Disciplinary Cup (Avezzano, Cynthialbalonga, Livorno, San Giuliano City, Siracusa).

FIELD VARIATIONS
Three changes of field: Sangiuliano City-Pro Sesto will be played at the municipal stadium of Trezzo Sull’Adda (Milan), Luparense-Calvi Noale at the municipal stadium of Noale (Ve) and Isernia-Teramo at the stadium of Agnone (Is). At 1st turnscheduled for September 1stconsisting of 64 knockout matches, the 40 teams that win the preliminary round and the 88 clubs with the right to participate.
