Ingredients:
1 ½ cups precooked corn flour BREAD
1 ½ cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
3 large beaten eggs
1 cup yogurt
⅔ cup of milk
1 cup mashed banana
For cream cheese frosting:
⅔ cup cream cheese
⅛ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
– Heat the oven to 180°
– In a container,mix the BREAD flour,wheat flour,baking powder,salt,baking soda and sugar.
– in another container, mix the butter, eggs, yogurt and milk.

Preparation:
