The current corona numbers were published on Saturday afternoon with a significant delay. According to this, 26,282 new infections have been reported across Austria in the past 24 hours. In the past 24 hours, 25 people have died with or from a Covid infection.
The occupancy in the hospitals has decreased somewhat. 2,244 fewer hospital patients were reported on Saturday, 47 fewer hospitalized than on Friday. There were nine fewer people in the intensive care units, where 185 people are being treated for Covid disease.
