Corona infection continues to decline in Tamil Nadu. Following this, the health department today announced that it is not necessary to follow the government’s guidelines regarding corona in Tamil Nadu.
However, the general public is advised to pursue corona prevention measures at will, including wearing face shields and adhering to personal intervals.
In this context, a statement issued by the Department of Medicine and Public Welfare regarding today’s corona infection in Tamil Nadu states: –
In Tamil Nadu today 23 thousand 799 new people were tested for corona. Of these, 23 have been newly diagnosed with corona infection. Of these, 9 have been affected in Chennai alone.
So far 34 lakh 52 thousand 910 people have been confirmed to be infected with corona in Tamil Nadu. As of today, 275 people are being treated for corona in Tamil Nadu.
Today is the 17th day in a row in Tamil Nadu that not a single person has been killed by the corona. A further 32 people have been discharged.
