The public attended the corona vaccination camp in Theni district

Considering that the corona vaccine is the only weapon to control the corona infection, the Government of Tamil Nadu is expediting the process of administering the corona vaccine across the state.
10,237 vaccines were administered through the 26th giant corona vaccination camps held at 403 locations in Theni district yesterday.
In Theni district so far 14,43,698 corona vaccines have been given to people over 18 years of age. Of these, 7,98,330 were vaccinated in the first installment and 6,36,966 in the second installment.
Similarly, 90,849 vaccinations were given to school children under the age of 15 & 18.
Of these, 52,147 were vaccinated in the first installment and 38,702 in the second installment.
Collector Muralitharan said 26,940 vaccines have been given in the first installment to students between the ages of 12 and 14.
