Coronavirus, 3 deaths on the last day in Valle d’Aosta

The bulletin of 8 April: the number of current positives is decreasing, but the death toll is getting worse

AOSTA. The toll of deaths in Valle d’Aosta and connected to Covid-19 worsens. In today’s regional bulletin three deaths occurred in the last twenty-four hours at the Parini hospital are reported. The victims are two men and a woman.

The total number of deaths thus rises to 434, eight of which occurred in this month of April.

The currently positive cases, on the other hand, decreased for the second consecutive day. Against 54 new cases identified, 112 recovered (958 swabs performed on the last day). The current cases drop to 1,112 of which twelve are hospitalized in intensive care and 59 in the Covid wards of the Aosta hospital.
