BOLZANO. President Arno Kompatscher signed the ordinance number 14 of 2021 for the management of the Coronavirus emergency.

The new rules will come into effect starting from Monday 15 March and will be valid until 6 April, except for the days of April 3, 4 and 5, during which the measures will be more stringent.

Initially, and then from March 15th, will be extended, and will apply throughout the provincial territory, therefore also in the municipalities where cases of the South African variant have been recorded, the indications relating to the movements currently in force, as well as access to the school in presence in the nurseries, kindergartens and elementary and will continue the activity of services to the person (ordinance number 10).

From Monday 22 March the first openings, which will concern commercial activities (from Monday to Friday until 6 pm) and middle schools, which will also be present again. Trade in public areas will also be allowed with specific regulations.

In institutes with face-to-face teaching will be carried out screening on a voluntary basis (for now, this is what the ordinance says).

On the days of 3, 4 and 5 April, movements within the municipality will be allowed only out of necessity, since commercial activities will remain closed, except for those that sell basic necessities, as well as personal services.
