The authorities of the Penza region relaxed the restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus, in particular, during mass events, they allowed to fill up to 50% of the seats in the hall with a certificate of vaccination, PCR test or information about the transferred COVID-19. The corresponding decree was signed by the acting governor of the region Oleg Melnichenko.

The permit applies to the conduct of mass leisure, entertainment, entertainment, cultural, physical culture, sports, educational, exhibition, advertising and other similar events.

In the region, in June, it was prohibited to hold public and other mass events in the open air with the number of participants more than 50 people, and in the premises – up to 20 people.

Now in many Russian regions, restrictions imposed due to the increase in the number of cases of COVID-19 are being relaxed. At the same time, the mask regime is maintained throughout the country. It will be canceled only after the Russians stop being infected with the coronavirus, now there are no grounds for canceling the requirement to wear masks, Anna Popova, head of Rospotrebnadzor, said earlier.
