One year after having excluded Russia due to the invasion of Ukraine, the leaders of the 46 member states of the Council of Europe meet this afternoon in the Icelandic capital to evoke ways to support Kiev. A record of data provoked by Russia as well as the possibility of creating a special court for war crimes in Ukraine are on the table.
