(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 03 – The legislative decree should arrive at the Council of Ministers on Monday at 5.30 pm with aid to agricultural businesses damaged by the war in Ukraine but also by the proliferation of the blue crab (an emergency for which a commissioner is established) or for the producers affected by the “kill of kiwis”, and – according to the draft circulated in recent days – with new interventions to stem swine fever and the strengthening of the fight against unfair practices: the measure, as far as we know, is in fact in order of the day of the preparatory technical meeting scheduled for Monday morning. Preliminary examination also includes a legislative decree with supplementary and corrective provisions to the business crisis and insolvency code, and a decree from the President of the Republic for the modification of the regulation on criteria and procedures for the use of the share of the eight per thousand of the Irpef devolved to the State. Also on the agenda is a decree law with urgent provisions regarding military unions. (HANDLE).
