Goianas Kátyna Baía and Jeanne Paollini, arrested in Germany after having their bags changed at the airport in São Paulo, told in the Instagram who returned to Brazil with a bacterial skin infection.

“We came back with a bacterial infection that occurred due to the collective use of clothes and panties”, wrote Kátyna on social networks. “Yes, it was all for collective use. Another problem of that arbitrary and unjust arrest.”

The Brazilians also said that they were mistreated by the German police.

“We were arrested very unfairly, poorly received, mistreated by the German police, wronged, paying for a crime that does not belong to us,” said Kátyna. “If we were to comply with the legislation there, we would stay an average of 15 years, losing 15 years of our lives and perhaps we would no longer see our parents, our friends, our beloved homeland”.

The case of the Brazilian women caught the attention of the authorities.

According to investigations by the Federal Police, they left Santa Genoveva, Goiás, and had their luggage tags changed by a criminal group inside the Guarulhos Airport, in São Paulo.

With that, the two traveled to Germany with another luggage loaded with cocaine. Upon arriving in the European country, they were arrested by the local police accused of drug trafficking. They were released on April 11 after being held in Germany for a month.
