Rodrigo Topelberg, accused in the Factop case, has now been placed under house arrest, according to a ruling by the Fourth Guarantee Court of Santiago.
The Fourth Guarantee Court of Santiago revoked the preventive detention of Rodrigo Topelberg, formalized by the Factop Case, and changed the precautionary measure for total house arrest.

“Rodrigo has been willing to collaborate with the investigation from day one, which was reflected in the resolution, highlighting the complaints he filed, the denunciations and self-denunciations which was presented to regulatory entities such as the CMF and the SII and it was estimated that it had always been available to the Court and that justice would do its job,” said Alejandro Awad, Rodrigo Topelber’s lawyer.
