The 2022 Racquetathlon Championship, which includes all four sports of Table Tennis, Squash, Lawn Tennis and Volleyball, was held in Austria. In the men’s and women’s singles, doubles and mixed doubles categories, brother Adit and younger sister Adhirai from the same family, MTN from Sulur, Coimbatore, Coimbatore, took part in the World Championship on behalf of the Indian team.
Similarly, Adarsh, a student from Coimbatore, and players from various international countries participated in the competition. Adirai, a player from Sulur MTN School, Coimbatore, won gold in the under-16 singles category. Similarly, in the mixed doubles category, his elder brother Adith, who studies in the same school, won a gold with his younger sister Adhirai and in the open mixed doubles, Adhirai and Adarsh won a gold medal.

A total of nine players participated on behalf of the Indian team, a brother and a sister from the same family from Tamil Nadu, especially from Coimbatore, won the event. Consistent coaches and parents said that they were able to achieve this goal due to hard training and effort. In particular, the elder brother from the same family said that he has won the younger sister and brought pride to Coimbatore at the international level.
