Covid 19: No new deaths due to Kovid in Oman

Kovid has so far confirmed 3,04,741 cases in the country. Of these, 3,00,111 have already been cured. 4,113 deaths have been reported.

Muscat: In the last 24 hours in Oman, 17 more people have been diagnosed with the covid – 19 infection. Eight more people who were being treated for Kovid in the country have been cured (Kovid recoveries). No new Kovid deaths have been reported in Oman.

Kovid has so far confirmed 3,04,741 cases in the country. Of these, 3,00,111 have already been cured. 4,113 deaths have been reported. Oman currently has a 98.5 percent cure rate for Kovid. Two more Kovid patients have been admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours. A total of nine Kovid patients are currently being treated in hospitals across the country. A report released by the Ministry of Health states that three critically ill patients are currently in the intensive care unit.

Omikron confirmed in Oman

Muscat: The new variant of Kovid, Omicron, has been confirmed in Oman. Omigron has been confirmed for two people in the country, the health ministry said. The new variant was discovered in two people from outside the country.
