The Sweden it is the European country with the highest number of infections Covid19 compared to the population. The number of hospitalizations in intensive care is also growing, reaching numbers never seen since the beginning of the pandemic.

In the other Nordic countries the average is respectively 65, 111 and 132 in Finland, Denmark and Norway.
According to the Swedish Ministry of Health, there were 392 ICU admissions on Tuesday 13 April, more than in the ‘second wave’ of January when they were 389. In spring 2020 the peak was 558 ICU admissions in a single day.
